Group activities in woods can help bring communities and families together. From nature trails to conservation work, people from all manner of backgrounds can come together and learn about, enjoy and improve their environment and health.

Woods are an excellent place to enjoy outdoor exercise. This can help fight conditions such as obesity and heart disease.
Woods also have an effect on our mental well-being, and help to reduce stress and anxiety.
